Host a workshop, a launch or a get-together as your business. Your event shows on Zinola's Events page, on your business page, and to neighbors nearby.
Open Events
On the website, open your business and choose the Events tab. In the app, go to More › Events.Tap New event
The event form opens.Name it and pick a category
Event name takes 3 to 120 characters. Then pick a category chip.Set the time
The start can't be in the past. On the website, fill in Starts (India time) and, if you like, Ends (optional). In the app, pick a day and a time under When (India time), then a length, or No end time.Say where
Add the Venue, such as “Our studio, 2nd floor”, and pick the Area.Describe it
Use About for what will happen, what to bring and who it's for.Add the extras
Set the price, who it's Good for, a head count and a cover photo. See below.Tap Post event
You'll see “Your event is up on Zinola.” on the website.
The optional details
- Price: Free or Paid. For a paid event, add the amount in ₹ (up to ₹10,00,000) and an optional note, such as “Includes materials”. Zinola doesn't take payments for events, so tell guests how to pay you.
- Good for: any of Kids, Families, Adults and Seniors.
- How many people? (optional): from 2 up to 1,00,000.
- Cover photo: tap Add a cover photo. A clear, wide photo works best. See the size below.

The cover is cut to a different shape on each screen: the event page on zinola.in trims the top and bottom, the app trims the left and right, and a shared link shows a tall slice from the middle. Put faces, your logo and any text in the centre and they stay in every version. More in Best photo sizes for your page.
Hidden while we check it
Now and then an event is held back for a quick check before it shows. It's marked Hidden while we check it on the website, or IN REVIEW in the app. You don't need to do anything. It appears once it's checked.
After posting
Your events tab lists Upcoming and Past events. On the website, each row shows how many are going, maybe or can't go, and how many questions there are. Tap View on Zinola to see the event as neighbors do.
