Connect WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger
Link WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger so their messages land in your Zinola Leads tab.

Connect your WhatsApp Business number, Instagram messages and Facebook Messenger to Zinola. Messages from them then arrive in your Leads tab next to your Zinola enquiries, and your replies go back out on the same app.
Open Channels
On the website, open your business and choose the Channels tab. In the app, go to More › Channels.Tap Connect next to the channel
Choose WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs or Messenger & lead ads. The app calls them WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger & lead ads.Sign in with Meta
You're taken to Meta, the company behind all three apps. Sign in with the account that runs your business page or number, and allow access.Check it says Connected
Back in Zinola, the channel shows Connected with the account's name.

Good to know
- Zinola never sees your Facebook or Instagram password. You sign in on Meta's own page.
- Nothing is posted on your behalf. Zinola only reads messages sent to you and sends the replies you write.
- Zinola page enquiries are always on, whatever you connect. They can't be switched off.
- Anyone who runs the page can connect a channel.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger only allow free replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message. See The 24-hour reply window.

Common questions
Can I connect WhatsApp Business to Zinola?
Yes. Open Channels in Zinola for Business, tap Connect next to WhatsApp Business and sign in with Meta. Messages then arrive in your Leads tab.
Will Zinola post on my Instagram or Facebook?
No. Zinola only reads messages sent to you and sends the replies you write. Nothing is posted on your behalf.
Does Zinola see my Facebook password?
No. You sign in on Meta's own page, and Zinola never sees your password.
