Reconnect or disconnect a channel
Fix a channel marked Needs attention by connecting again, or disconnect WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger from Zinola.

Updated
Sometimes a connected channel stops working, for example after you change your Facebook password or remove access in Meta's settings. Zinola then marks it, so you know messages aren't coming through.
Check a channel's status
Open Channels: the tab on the website, or More › Channels in the app. Each channel shows one of these:
| Website | App | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Connected | CONNECTED | Working |
| Needs attention | NEEDS RE-AUTH | Meta has stopped letting Zinola in. Any error is shown underneath |
| Not connected | NOT CONNECTED | Never connected, or disconnected |
